3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted on our platform was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled, including its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, email address, and phone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification or an agent of such person.

Please note that submitting a false counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including legal costs and attorney's fees. It is advised to seek legal counsel before filing a counter-notification.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with our policy, we may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once or has had content removed from our platform for copyright infringement on multiple occasions.

If you believe that someone is using our platform to infringe upon your copyright repeatedly, please follow the reporting process outlined in section 2 of this policy.

6. DMCA Notice
